Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, the consumer must inform Paul Harbig, trading as Paularyo, Lohrstraße 32, 09113 Chemnitz, Germany, telephone: +49 170 6740970, email: hello@paularyo.com, by an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Withdrawal may also be submitted through the permanently available “Withdraw from contract” function on paularyo.com. An immediate confirmation containing the declaration, date and time is sent by email and made available for download.

Paularyo refunds payments received no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal declaration, normally using the same means of payment.

Where the consumer requested that a service begins during the withdrawal period, a reasonable proportionate amount is payable for the service performed before withdrawal.

For a paid service contract, the right expires after the service has been fully performed if the consumer expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that the right would expire upon full performance.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right expires when performance begins if the consumer expressly consented to early performance, acknowledged the loss of the right and received a contract confirmation on a durable medium.
